The Fund for Osteopathic Research into Myalgic Encephalomyelitis, F.O.R.M.E. is a registered charity. The Charitable Trust was set up by Trust Deed on 5 March 1995. The objects of the Trust were to promote for the benefit of the public research into the principles & practice of osteopathy in the treatment of M.E.
